weekend prep

I went and did the grocery shopping for the weekend. Got everything but the couple things others said they were going to get. See this is me... I'm not a control freak. I'm not sitting here stressing about not having the main dish, not having things to feed people lunch, not wondering what we are having for dessert. I'm a pilar of strength and self-control.

I didn't get back to the Doma until 8. Turned the TV on and put the groceries away and threw a dinner in the microwave.

While working on prep for Good Friday dinner for the Girls I got sucked into a movie. I had been aprehensive about it cuz well... it looked cheezy when it came out. But I actually enjoyed it for the fun, light hearted mindless thing it was. I actually watched Fat Albert.

Home now. Gotta pack for the weekend. Finish up some prep for dinner tomorrow that I couldn't do at the Doma because I had the stuff here at the apartment.

Tomorrow I'll swing by the apartment after work, make sure the cats have food for the weekend and grab the stuff I need from here then off to the big house for a weekend of food, fun and family.

I probably won't be updating until late Sunday so Happy Easter everyone!
