Grey Sister by Mark Lawrence
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Book two of the Ancestor Trilogy. I found it captivating and well written. I still hold that the narrator of the audiobook sounds likes Marina Sirtis of Star Trek: The Next Generation fame.
I really liked how we get to see more of the training of the novices and the political machination of the higher powers in the world.
Will certainly get the third book to find out how this ends.
