baronessekatCircuit City are morons. 'nuf said. AFter last week trying 8 times to get a live person on their Circuit City Advantage program I finally manage to arrange to have someone be contacted to come look at the big TV at mom's house.
I tell them there is a new phone number for the file and to delete the other ones. I give them my cell #. Luckily they told me who they were putting the work order to and tell me I'll hear from them in 2 business days to arrange a service call.
A week later I don't hear anything so I call the service people. I get "we left messages at 907-XXXX and tried to call 691-XXXX." I sigh and say that I had told Circuit City to remove those numbers as invalid.
Anyway. They are coming a week from today after 5 to look at the TV. Betcha they say they need to take it with them. Maybe Sunday I will get people to help me move the bins in the hallway up to the attic so that the TV can get taken down the hall if it needs to be.
But I am now understanding why Circuit City is going out of business in the area. They suck.
