Sometimes you are so in sync with your friends and loved ones that you are sure you can read one another's minds -- but you can't. Do not take clear communication for granted, especially when it comes to the people you care about the most. Internally going over your emotions again and again will not be as effective as discussing things with others -- and hearing their feedback.
