Here you go. Here's the answers to my 25 songs.

1) Will you colorize my life I'm so sick of black and white
I'd to anything for love (but I won't do that) - Meatloaf "Bat Out of Hell II"

2) There are children throwing snowballs/instead of throwing heads.
What's This? - Danny Elfman "The Nightmare Before Christmas"

3) I'll bet the sun is just as surprised/as Mr. Moon was last night to find me holding you.
Fools Like Us - Sherrie Austin "Streets of Heaven" (If you haven't heard the title song to this album you should. But be prepared to cry.

4) He ran into my knife/He ran into my knife ten times.
The Cell Block Tango - Various Performers "Chicago: The Musical"

5) And when you are married and enjoying your bride/think of the young maiden who lay by your side.
Barque in the Harbour - Great Big Sea "Sea of No Cares"

6) Even superheros have a right to bleed.
Superman (It Ain't Easy) - Five for Fighting "Americatown"

7) Given the choice between the two of you/I'd take the sea-sick crocodile.
You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch - Thorl Ravenscroft "How the Grinch Stole Christmas Soundtrack" (The 30 Minute Cartoon, not the horrible Jim Carry Knock off Movie)

8) I told you once you son of a gun/I'm the best that's ever been.
The Devil Went Down to Georgia -The Charlie Daniels Band It's on too many albums to list

9) I'm addicted to you baby.
Hard Habit To Break - Chicago (The band not the musical, and it's on a lot of their albums, mostly their greatest hits ones)

10) When you're lying there in traction/you can game some satisfaction thinkin'/Jesus at least I tried.
Rambling Rover - Silly Wizard "Live Wizardy"

11) It only leads to trouble/and seat wetting.
Toucha-toucha-touch me - Susan Sarandon "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"

12) The seagulls started screaming like an angry banshee choir.
French Perfume - Great Big Sea - "Sea of No Cares"

Pharoh's Story - Various Performers "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat"

15) He cured the infection/with one small injection
Interjections! "School House Rock - Grammar Rock" I bet the Americans my age are kicking themselves for this one.

Rainbow High - Madonna "Evita"

19) She listens to my sad story/and wonders at my taste in men
Old Friend - Emily Skinner and Alice Ripley "Unsuspecting Hearts" Not surprised no one but Dicea got this. But she's heard me play it before. I highly recommend this album. There's a recording of a song "Unsuspecting Hearts" that was from the doomed musical "Carrie" (yes as in the Steven King story about the Telekinetic) that is wonderful.

20) Lots of guys wear corduroy pants
Take That Look Off Your Face Marguerite Krull "Song and Dance" Yes as it was pointed out to me, the original version of this sung by Bernadette Peters was "Lots of guys wear corduroy shirts". But this version wasn't that.

21) The devil is worse than a woman's curse
Captain Winterburn Great Big Sea "Turn" and "Road Rage"

22) But Technicolor pachyderms is really too much for me
Pink Elephants On Parade "Dumbo

23) You can try to resist/try to hide from my kiss
"Can't Fight the Moonlight" LeeAnn Rhimes "Coyote Ugly Soundtrack"

24) Rock my like a baby/cradle me in light
Mother Dawn Billy Idol "Cyberpunk"

25) Well they tried to make you look broken/ but not while I'm living.
Nobody Noticed Lisa Marie Presley "To Whom it May Concern" This was an amazlingly good album. I highly recomend it.

I'm thinking soon of doing Movie Quotes next rather than lines in songs. Stay tuned and see if I do do it.

OK. I'm kicking myself over the LeeAnn Rhimes one, too. Should have got that. *sigh* It'll be interesting to see the movie quotes. I'd have a bash too, but mine'd be easy. They'd all either be Labyrinth or Star Wars...

*wince*

Yeah, insert auto-punt routine here over "Rest In Peace". Oh, how slow can I be, I knew you had to have at least one quote from that show in here. Why oh why didn't I look for it?
