Seeing how I didn't cut out any pennsic garb until yesterday I've made a great deal of pennsic sewing progress.

Tonight I got done:

one tunic sewn - just needs hem
one pair of pants sewn together - needs casings at waist and cuffs
one tunic dres sewn together - needs neck, cuffs and hems turned under and sewn
one hood sewn together - needs hand sewing shut of opening, buttons/buttonholds

I've found the one thing I really hate about mom's bernina high-faluting embroidery machine. It notifies you when you are "low" on bobbin thread and reminds you constantly until you wind more. However when it starts to notify you, it stops sewing. This wouldn't be an issue if it notified you when you are actually low. Usually I can get another yard of stitching done but that means having to pause every 5 stitches and push the escape button to keep going.

Tomorrow I hope to get the hem in the one tunic done so that can get packed, sew together at least two more tunic dresses and maybe another hood or pair of pants.

But even though it's only 8:20 I'm going to call it a night. I'm tired. And HP 7 awaits me.

Moo all
