I stopped at walmart after work to pick up a few things. Get back to the car and the stupid thing would not turn over.

I realize I don't have jumper cables. Go back in and buy jumper cables. As I get back to the car and try to start it again, the gent who's car was facing mine reached his car and looked at me. "Need a jump?" he asked and was kind enough to help me out and get the van started again.

I just wanted to thank him for his assistance, even though I did not get his name or anything else.

I do that a lot. The only payment I want is that someone will help my folks or wife out when I'm not there.
