I have so gotten out of the habit of the lifestyle readjustment.
I blew my points today on lunch. Of course it was yummy and I'm not really regretting it, but it left me -2 before dinner. Yes I could make a golden mushroom soup that would be 0 points but it won't really keep my full until bed.
I know that's what flex points are for and all but it's still. Need to get better about this. Of course I still need to get exercise in again. Not this week. Soon though.

Date: 2007-10-05 02:22 pm (UTC)I just do a can of chicken broth, a package of fresh sliced mushrooms, seasonings to taste. It's not fancy or anything but you know... 0 points, was a snack and meal many a times back during my initial weight loss.
