I've totally blown my points for the day and it's only 8:01am.

I've been awake since roughly 3:30am in a desperate battle to get my lungs to work.

I've got so many steroids combined with numerous cups of coffee in my system that I'm literally vibrating.

Oh this is going to be great day.

Vapor rub. OR if you have to go to work, they now make patches. Smelling like menthol is also better than breaking rule number one.
