How to kiss up

baronessekatOK, you have an office of all women working with you. These are 20 women who deal with lawyers and realtors and other annoying individuals who think that these women need to stop on a moment's notice to look up some petty detail of their transaction.
How do you keep these women on your good side?
You do what this wonderful real estate agent just did... you send 8 pounds of hershey's chocolate. Today we got a shipment of chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered almonds, kisses, truffles, pecan caramel clusters and other delicacies I can't even begin to describe.
Yep... that is definately a good way to kiss up.
