experiments in baking

While at the grocery store the other day I bought a pomegranate. I wanted to do something with it but wasn't sure what at the time.

Today I experimented and made Pom scones.

Oh yeah.

So keeping this recipe. Though I may add a bit of lemon juice to the next batch to enhance the pom flavor

I brought pom's to school (along with a ton of other fruits) I forgot how yummy they are.

You guys have to stop using pom as a short form for pomegranate. On my little monitor pom looks an awful lot like porn.

And porn scones are just killing my brain!
