hair has been cut. While not short in the standard hairstyle sense it's shorter than I've had in quite a while.

Wet it's just below my shoulders, dry it's just at my shoulders. Feels weird to have it this short but it's something I've wanted for a while. I wasn't brave enough to do angling or layering. I told the girl that it was a big step for me to cut off 5 inches. Maybe next time we will so some sort of shaping experiment.

I am a big fan of layers. Especially since for the first time in my life I can shower, comb out my hair, let it air dry and do nothing else to it - and it will look good. This has never ever happened before. Hair stylists who know what they're doing are worth their weight in gold.
