That those of us who are trapped in little environmentally controlled environs and hermetically sealed windows for the majority of our working day get a fews days off when the weather first gets nice?

Of course yes, this means I would not get any of the many things I do need to get done done, but I'm not being all that productive as it is because I sit staring out the window longingly.

Definitely taking the Little Butt for a walk when I get home.

You're right, there oughta be a law. I suggested this once for a merit badge in Boy Scouts. One senator sent a form letter; the other senator sent a real letter and said it was the nicest suggestion he had all day and that his staff was very enthusiastic about the idea for about 15 seconds.

I sent the suggestion on Febuary 2. Groundhog Day.

Its almost more pitiful when one works in a big drafty building with lawns outside that one could go out and enjoy if one had time to come up for air. Different side same coin - and yes, that should be a legal holiday.
