conversation with Dicea

Every morning I talk with Dicea as I am getting ready for work.

Today we had a rather intense conversation and she asked me to type up the one part and put it here for not only herself but for others.

"Women deal with their own promiscuity and horniness by seeing themselves as exciting and adventurous. Women deal with other women's horniness and promiscuity by seeing those women as cheap and easy. It is their way of dealing with the objectification of themselves and others."

Wow, that is stunning. I have to bow to and applaud the wisdom and clarity of The Dicea. That was so tactful and yet so very blunt in hitting the nail on the head of the approach self-deceptive excuse to justify personal double standard. Yes! Wake up and smell the coffee! While I understand that the statement is simultaneously exploring the psychological and emotion tug of war in the pros and cons of attraction, the profound truth of how we as humans repaint the truth of our choices in an attempt to dodge responsibility for the consequences of those choices.
