Conversation with Dicea this morning has lead to the conclusion...

Families are like Jigsaw puzzles.

I will write more on this concept after work as today looks to be a busy one.

God, don't ya love how family stumps ya sometimes? Mine has been lately, that's for sure.

How are they like a puzzle?

That somehow all the pieces fit and make a pretty picture?
That somehow the pieces from different puzzles never fit together?
That someone can take a piece back to their room, and the puzzle can't be finished without it?
That some of the pieces only fit together with the help of gummi worms and hammers?
