The problem, I suspect, is in the individual Applebee's kitchens, not the head office. If the food was made to specifications (measured/weighed) I'm sure it'd be on track. But I can't think of a single working cook who actually uses measuring tools of any variety (bakers excluded).

Cooks. Can't trust 'em. :-)
