Serves: 4
In just 20 minutes, you can make this one-skillet chicken dish lets you enjoy good home cooking any time.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular, 25% Less Sodium or Healthy Request®)
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions:
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, sugar and vinegar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

It was rather tastey. Not as much of a Ketchup taste as I expected. I don't know how often I will make this but it's not something I will pass on in the future.
