Homeowner's deductable = $1,000.00
Door repair = $770
Even if I had $500 deductable the guy said he would urge not to claim as that's a small claim (yeah to him maybe) and would be a serious strike on my record for future payouts should something big happen.
Looks like Xmas is going to be even more lean than I had thought.
