Recipe you asked for when you were here last
Topping:
1 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp biscuit mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c chopped nuts
Quick Bread:
2 C biscuit mix
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
Grease 9 inch pan
Topping: Combine ingredients, set aside
Quick Bread Place ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir one minue, then beat one minute. Spread batter in greased pan and sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
Variation Double amount of topping. Pour 1/2 of batter in pan, sprinkle with 1/2 topping mixture, pour remaining batter and top with remaining topping.
