So I post a huge list of stuff up to Freecycle to get it out of the house.

One lady responds saying she can take it all ASAP. I think great! I also think ASAP means within 24 hours.

Silly me. Yesterday when I told her the stuff was hers and to please let me know what time she could pick it up, she said her boyfriend worked by the Doma and could pick it up she just needed to call him. Giving me the impression he could get it last night. I hear nothing.

so I email her this morning asking can she please let me know what time he was coming and she finally responds back tomorrow afternoon. ASAP = 48+ hours huh? I wish I had known, other people had said they would take it all but would not be able to pick it up until this evening.

Now I know.

I'm just grumpy, still sick and hate it when my definition of terms is not the same as others.

Oh I hate that

Himself and I have had to be really careful about that stuff. When I say would you please do X I meen now or in the next 15 mins he assumes its at some point.

So the translation chart is

Please do = next 15 min
do soon = next 3 hours
If you can = be for you go to bed
when can you = tell me or next few days

I am really really time careful I cant stand those who arnt. "Punctually is the courtesy of Kings."
