Apple Spice cookies
Chocolate Chip Devil's food cookies with chocolate liquor baked in
Regular chocolate chips

Yes I'm in a baking mood.

and they are easy

1 cake mix of your choice
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp water

mix together. Add any extras (chips, nuts, etc) you want. drop on cookie sheets, bake 8 minutes at 325. when they look like they need one more minute in the oven, take them out and let sit for 1 minute then move to cooling rack

Apple spice ones I did spice cake mix and instead of water I grated a granny smith apple in.

For the devils food, instead of water I did 2 Tbsp of Chocolate cream liquour
