I know no one else cares but if I keep my to-do list active here I will get to doing thing on it.

Here's the list of what i have to do this week:
1. Family Room: Finish Laundry what doesn't get finished tonight will be put in the laundry room to finish after the weekend.
2. Vacuum rest of stairs and upstairs hall.
3. Scrolls: get from Dicea and calligraph for this weekend 2 of the 3 done
4. Kitchen: keep clean, wipe down counters/appliances, mop
5. Cat boxes 2 of 3 done
6. Guest Bath: give a good cleaning, put out fresh towels swept it good, rest tonight and tomorrow
7. Guest room: put garb away and strip/make bed (waiting to make until tomorrow and bedding is clean)
8. Wednesday: TDI with Grimm (will be home by 8 so can do some things after that)
9. Figure out what I'm going to wear to the event, get Popup in van and other things that will be needed for the event. weather reports keep changing from nice and sunny to warm and raining. may have to wait until Friday night to actually pick something out

Color me weird, but I like it. (And caring is a constant.) Seeing how someone else prioritizes and crunches through - or falls off the wagon - makes me not alone in my own efforts.

HOpe work is less exciting today.

it helps me also to see that I am getting things done. That while the tasks look insurmountable, I can see that I have gotten a lot done. And if I tackle things in small bits, the jobs aren't so bad.

If I say "the family room needs to be cleans" that doesn't help me. But if for family room I list things like: vacuum, dust, put dishes in kitchen, pick up dog toys, fold laundry, etc" I can do one task, cross it off and see that I have gotten something done and have that feeling of accomplishment. And before I know it, the room is finished.

I like it. I just keep wishing I'd get inspired. Right now I think I'd be too embarassed to list everything that needs doing. (*proverbial lightbulb just went on over my head*) Oh, I could just list SOME of the things...

Awhile back I had what I thought would become a "jealousy induced cleaning frenzy" (after watching someone's blog who manages to do a lot of really cool art and posts it)......but the mood passed.

*sigh*

Maybe you will inspire me.
