This week's list

Now that things have been cleaned my goals are for this week:



1. Pick up the kitchen from the weekend. And KEEP IT THAT WAY!

2. Maintain the rest of the rooms that have already been cleaned/straightened so it's not such a chore when guests come.

3. The one room of the house I did not get done for this weekend: My bedroom. To accomplish this I'm breaking it down into reasonable jobs so I don't get overwhelmed:

3a. strip bed and change linens.
3b. piddle pads and pet toys
3c. laundry in front of dresser
3d. laundry in front of book case
3e. get the hooky things to fix the closet organizer in the one closet so I'm not afraid to put clothes away.
3f. once laundry in front of book case taken care of - put away books
3g. at least vacuum if not actually break out the carpet cleaner and give it a good going over.

I like cleaning.. I'm wierd that way. I applaud you the steps you're taking. I did FLYlady for several years, and I'm not a shining example of that, but I did like it while I did it.

I just signed up to FLYlady so I'm hoping that helps.

Back in the fall last year I said that I don't mind helping others clean, but hate cleaning my own place and that there are "Holiday House Swaps" where you swap houses with someone so they can vacation in your town and you vacation in theirs, someone should do a "clean house swap" and it's the same only you swap places to clean.

I've never thought of a house swap for cleaning, that could be cool.
