I revisited the apple cloverleaf rolls today (http://baronessekat.livejournal.com/562980.html)
I left out the apple chunks and made it into a loaf rather than rolls.
Let the dough rise and rest overnight in the fridge, brought it up to room temperature this morning and then put it in a pyrex loaf pan.
Baked at 350ºF for 30 minutes, then glazed the top of the loaf with egg beaters and baked for another 5 minutes.
It came out all happy and good.

I had a slice buttered for breakfast. OMG YUM!
I think it helped that I used cider that is close to turning and the cinnamon I used was vietnamese cinnamon but dayum - tasty.
It's going to be awesome in a ham sandwich that I plan for lunch.
