The Bridge crossed

I was informed of a time of endings.

It happened.

As of 2:15pm EST I am no longer employed by Bridges TV.

I saw it coming. While money panic will happen, emotionally I actually feel pretty good. I was not happy there and my position had changed too much since February for me to really continue there much longer anyway.

Play the glad game - a time of endings just means there is opportunity for new beginnings. I've been on unemployment for a year and a half. I know there is something out there for me and there is for you also. I'll be thinking positive for you and praying for you, too.

I would tell you I'm sorry, but I'm really not because you've been clear that the job was better than nothing but not by very much. I think despite the money panic - though you should be able to collect unemployment - every little bit helps - now is a good time to be looking. No matter what doom and gloom you may read, employers are starting to hire. And frankly, they're kind of desperate because they really needed the people they laid off in the first place. I do not think you'll be out of steady work for very long. ((hugs))

I am sorry that you are unemployed, but from what I've read, you really weren't happy. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that you find new employment quickly. I will say that the federal government is usually hiring, though I don't know what type of job you want, but you might check out usajobs.com. Nonetheless, good luck.
