What's surprised you the most about me (if anything) since beginning to read my LJ (or when you met me in real life, for those who have)? Has anything about me been completely unexpected or have I always fit the picture of me you had in your head?

Honestly it is how much I like you and the way you think. For a very long time you were just a personality in the background that I ran into from time to time. Some one to deal with. Now that I have gotten the chance to spend quality time, I enjoy and look forward to your company.

"completely unexpected"? no,pleasantly surprised? yes!
Your LJ has allowed me to reacquaint myself with who you are and to see who you have become. I am glad. I love you now as much if not more than I did the day you join my House. The parts of you I don't know I believe I have seen enough hints at.......well I don't think you would shock me if you chose to share them with me. It would just reaffirm the place I have in my heart for you.But I don't need to know them to love you and be your friend. A real friends accepts you as you are, all of you. Ok,I am rambling again.

Not really a surprise - more like an affirmation - how much I look forward to getting to know you better and actually meeting face to face one day, ...because you have a an important place in J's life and heart. And she is an excellent judge of character. I like the way you write, how you share your thoughts, and I look forward to your LJ entries. Besides, we now have a second common ground - Yips!! :-D

Me? I'm surprised by how controversy seems to crouch at your door sometimes - waiting..... Of a truth, sometimes, in some ways, we are kindred spirits expressed very differently.

Your admission that you find it very challenging when people touch you. Touch has always been a positive thing for me, so it was surprising to integrate that into my world view. Intelluctually, perhaps I shouldn't have been surprised but I think it ranks 'most surprising'. Most other things? Much as I expect, almost exactly as you try to convey.
