A hunger that is not going to go away no matter how much you eat, a thirst so burning that no amount of drink will quench it.
A darkness so black no light could penetrate it. But so heavy and comforting that it weighs down on you like a heavy blanket in winter ta keep ye warm... but is actually colder than a winter night in the artic.
A fuzzy feeling in the brain.
A hurting.
You can scream and cry and rage and hollar but you don't make a sound.
You cannot do anything to make it worse and only a few things will make it better.
But those things are too hard, too far, too much to get.
So in the end you just surrender. Give yourself to it. It's tangible enough to touch and taste and smell and hear and see. It is all the senses and none.
Illusion and reality all rolled into one.
Is it real? Are you real? Is anything really real?

It stands to reason, that someone else will think

Making it: two whole people, who believe in you

People you can say: believe in me.....
And if three whole people,
Why not -- four?

Why not--more, and

And when all those people,

It stands to reason that you yourself will
Start to see what everybody sees in

And maybe even you,
Can believe in you... too!
