1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup;
1 can sliced mushrooms;
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth;
3 Skinless Chicken Breasts;
1/2 lb. frozen green beans;
Mix soup, broth and mushrooms. Put chicken in bottom of crockpot and cover with soup mixture. Put green beans on top. Cook on low 7-9 hours. Divide chicken and serve over rice.
Be careful if using chicken with bones in. The longer it cooks, the more likely it is that bones will fall out and into the sauce, carefully disguised as mushrooms.
Thoughts: needed salt but otherwise was tasty. I ended up shredding the chicken to make it a bowl dish rather than a plate one. I think in the future, I will either drain the mushrooms or not use the chicken broth. If I left the chicken breasts whole the sauce would have been a bit thin.
But I think this will be going into regular rotation. Dirt simple, tasty and low points.
No photo because it just didn't come out looking appetizing on film.
