Back on February 22 I rejoined Weight Watchers. I am doing it online. I used Lent as my start as it was as good a marking point as any.

6 months later I am just over half way to my goal. I was 1 week shy of the goal for 1/2 (wanting to hit 30 lbs before Pennsic)





I am not going super crazy with it. There were many weeks where I was not tracking the food, just making a conscious effort to be better with my choices.

But now I'm going to the gym regularly and eating better. So even if I do not reach my ultimate goal, I'm getting healthier. I will accept that.

Way to go, Chief!

As much as it sucks HAVING to walk (I went a long time between cars, with a half-hour each way to the bus stop) it *did* ensure I got more exercise...
