time for something not so down (in a way)
Aug. 21st, 2012 05:57 pmBack on February 22 I rejoined Weight Watchers. I am doing it online. I used Lent as my start as it was as good a marking point as any.
6 months later I am just over half way to my goal. I was 1 week shy of the goal for 1/2 (wanting to hit 30 lbs before Pennsic)

I am not going super crazy with it. There were many weeks where I was not tracking the food, just making a conscious effort to be better with my choices.
But now I'm going to the gym regularly and eating better. So even if I do not reach my ultimate goal, I'm getting healthier. I will accept that.
