Week Three

Today was weigh-in. Wore lighter clothes this week. And I'm not in the middle of my cycle.
Stepped on the scale and exhaled...
Lost 3.4 pounds. Got my 5 pound bookmark and am only 1.8 pounds from the 10 pound celebrations.
I'm going to work to get that 1.8 pounds off for next week.
Total Lost: 8.2 pounds
Short Term goal: -18 pounds

Long Term goal: at least -30 pounds
