baronessekatin a desperate attempt to ease the weather induced migraine I had a small container of Gatorade and a snack size bag of peanuts. Needlesstosay that after lunch I am already 200 calories over my daily alotment for the diet.
I don't care. While not in anyway gone, the headache has eased to where I'm not wanting to curl under my desk and cry.
I"ll have soup or something (maybe Pho) for dinner. Which won't be too bad but still puts me further into the negative today.
But sometimes you just gotta say screw it. And if it means not being in agonizing pain, I say screw it.
