3 hours of sleep each night for the last 3 nights is just not enough.
I'm exhausted. I find myself dozing in my chair at home at night so I go up to bed. Snuggle in and then *PING* wide awake. Brain is not braining anything that I can tell. Just I lie down and then, while still exhausted, don't fall asleep until 2am ish (which sucks when the alarm goes off at 5).
Then I am zombie girl through work and my productivity at work and home drops.
This needs to change.
