This week was awesome for my loss!

Loss This Week: -3.6 pounds
Total Loss: -17.2

Next week I'm hoping to lose the .8 pounds needed to make my short term goal.

As a reward (Grin..FINALLY she says)

1 Can (15 ounces) fat free vegetable soup
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 taspoon garlic powder
3/4 poind cooked, boned, skinned chicken breast meat, diced
2 teaspoons honey
3/4 cup frozn peas
1/3 cup raisins

1. Combine soup with curry, onion and garlic powders; puree in blender or food processor
2. Place soup in 1 quart saucepan and bring to bboil. Add chicken and simmer 5 minutes. Add honey, peas, raisins and cook 5 minutes longer.
3. If desired, serve over brown rice or other cooked grain of choice.

4 servings

For spicier curry, use hot curry powder
