Week Eight

I was dreading today. I did not do well this weekend with tracking what I ate. I made conscious efforts to not eat junk but I didn't keep real good track.

I even recognized the self-sabotage I was doing. I mean I only needed .8 lbs to make my 10% goal. But I still go in and do the weigh-in.

I didn't gain like I was expecting to. But I didn't meet goal either.

.6lb loss this week. .2 lbs shy of goal.

Oh well. New week. I will do better about tracking and see if I can get rid of it.

Short term goal: 18 pound loss




Long Term goal: 31+ pound loss
