I'm not dissapointed with today's weigh in. I remained the exact same as I was last week. This is okay. It's once again that TOM. No loss is better than any gain.

One interesting thing I learned today was that in order to work of the calories of ONE plain M&M you need to walk the full length of a football field (including the end zones).
Next week will be better. Maybe we can add at least half a lap more on our Sunday walk. And I got a version of DDR for the PS2 that after this weekend I"ll have time to try.
