* downward movement on the scale. 3/4 of a pound but it's still movement in the right direction.
* sketti and meatballs for dinner. I didn't know that's what I wanted until I was eating it (thank you dicea for making up my mind for me) but it was yummy - and there are enough leftovers for one more meal.
* low key night in my chair, watching old Quantum Leap episodes, with Grimmy snuggling with me.
