* friends like Baron P and Baroness J whose generosity made me sob. And Sarah's offer also made me tear up at my desk.
* after more fighting I GOT MY REFUND BACK from the failed car purchase. Willingly paid a $3 fee to cash the check at their bank so that I did not fear a stop payment or insufficient funds or what have you.
* leftovers so that I didn't have to think about making dinner but still having real food that I didn't have to spend money on ordering in.
* quiet sitting time on the front step with Grimmy watching the rain.
