It wasn't the mushroom

baronessekatA few posts back I mentioned the grilled portobello mushroom wrap I made and wasn't happy with it.
I had a strange almost dirty taste to it and even though I cleaned said shroom I attributed the taste to that.
Color me wrong. I made a turkey wrap to take with me to work today for lunch (yes ekat went in for 6 hours to attempt to stay with most of her forehead above water there). And the same taste persisted as the last.
This time I tasted each ingredient seperately and viola... the wrap itself is the offender.
Bummer. Oh well, back to bread.
