3.5 but I liked it enough to round up.
Alex is a senior at Georgetown studying government. He only has two people he'd call friends, his older sister, June, and their best friend, Nora. He also happens to be the son of the first Female President of the United States. During the run-up to the re-elections his family is invited to England to attend the Royal Wedding of Prince Philip, 3rd in line for the throne. While in England, Alex runs into Prince Henry, the "Spare". The two had met before, when Alex's mom was a senator and they had all attended the Olympics. Alex remembers Henry being a giant Royal Prick and finds that his memory has not changed. In fact they get into an altercation at an official function that causes quite the stir.
In an attempt to save the international relations image between the two countries, the two are forced to publicly become best-bros. Both go in grudgingly but eventually things come to a head between the two when HEnry admits that he's gay. This causes Alex to re-evaluate things and comes to realize that he's actually in love with Henry. The two start a long distance and very steamy relationship that could threaten the political standings of the Royal Family, as Henry's Grandmother is the current sitting Queen of England and has very strong opinions on ensuring the family line, AND Alex's Mother's re-election campaign.

I actually found this story rather sweet. I liked that both Alex and Henry are not inexperienced virgins and both are over 21.
There were some rather obvious parallels with the Royal Family in this book and the real Royal Family (the whole Harry/Megan relationship) but I was OK with it.
I also found that I liked Ramon De Ocampo's reading of it and I may seek out other books he has narrated.
Would recommend for a bit of light reading that isn't all fluff. Will warn that there are strong sexual situations and LOTS of swearing.
