baronessekatI just made a yummy shepherd's pie. It was in the weight watchers "everybody loves chicken" cookbook. It actually was made with ground turkey.
Other than the fact that I had to throw out my tater masher so I had to make due in my attempts to make mashed potatoes I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't as good as the pie![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
theboomboom used to make when we were roomies (I assume she still makes a mean shepherd's pie though) but it is a definate keeper recipe.
I'm currently torturing myself by watching American Idol does Queen. I don't care what the judges say... I hated the chick who sang "who wants to live forever". But I'm a Freddie fan and a Highlander fan. I liked the girl who did Bohemian Rhapsody. 49 minutes into the show and overall I'm not impressed.
at least it's only 11 more minutes until House.
I'm going to go sort laundry and watch TV and go to bed. I have another long day tomorrow.
