I cleared a space in the bedroom and tried the first of the workouts I bought today. Low impact, I like. while got my heart rate up slightly it didn't cause my breathing to be a problem.
It got "Walk away the pounds" I did the one mile today and it took roughly 20 minutes. I'm thinking of trying to see if I can motivate myself to do it every morning and maybe the 2 miles after work/dinner. Working up to the three mile for after work.
Poor Tzar was totally confused. He sat in the doorway and just watched my feet. Then at one point tried to "help" by placing himself between my feet and then got miffed when he got stepped on. But we had snuggle time after the workout while I watched House.
And here's an "interest" meme.

it's something I do. When I first started doing scribal stuff in the SCA I avoided it like the plague. I had a roommate who did it so why did I need to do it? then roommate moved out and I became more of a wordsmith. The illumination wasn't as as important to me as the words and it felt rude to subject my lengthy words to another scribe, so I taught myself how to do it. Of course the biggest step in doing so was actually getting left handed nibs. - eve dallas:
Eve is cool. Lead character in the "in death" series by JD Robb (aka Nora Roberts). Near future homocide cop in NY. I love her dry humor, her vulnerability, her caustic wit and not to mention hot husband. - friends:
Life is not worth continuing if you do not have friends. They are the family we put together ourselves. - inner child:
I believe fully in cultivating and encouraging the inner child. They are the ones who help us remember that life can be fun, the world is full of wonder, and give us an excuse to have a collection of over 100 eeyores. - merry gentry:
I admit it, I like this series. Many Laurel K. Hamilton fans don't but I do. It hasn't vered from the ideas behind it and hasn't thrown the readers off kilter by a sudden turn in the character's personalities. - reading:
I'm addicted to books. Nuf said. - scribal:
When I blewo ut my ankle and lost my real ability to fence in the SCA (though someday I hope to return to the sport, especially now that I'm down 50 pounds from 5 year ago) I needed to find something that called to me to express myself. I found the scribal arts and haven't looked back. - submission:
