Work: still employed. I only cried at work twice which is better than past months.

Whiteboard goals: I crossed off 2things
Standing Monthly habit tracking:
• Intentional Exercise: zip, niente, nada, nope
• At least 64 oz of water a day: 4 days of 64 oz of plain water. I drank little plain water. Most of this month was fueled by iced coffee, energy drinks and alcohol
• At least 20 minutes of reading a day: achieved twice.
• Did something creative: 24 days. I have an art deadline.
• Hit step goal of at least 8K: 14 days. Came close a few times
• Did at least one chore: 13 days
• No spend day: 7 days.
• Finished a book: 7
• Ate a “real” meal: 12 days

Health: lost 2 lbs. (Gained 2 for the year) lost 1 inch overall (gained 3.5 inches for year). People commented several times that I look like I lost weight. I think I just redistributed it.

Messy Art: made 12 pieces this month.

SCA: I finished 2 scrolls (both are for July presentations) and plotted out another. Worked on my intra-kingdom gift exchange. Tried not to panic over how unprepared I am for Pennsic at the end of June

Social: Continue to have Friday Family Zoom night. Meet up with a friend so he could help me fix my brakes so that my car would pass inspection (which it did). J&P came over for a few minutes to assess their trailer for Pennsic prep. J also came to my rescue when I went grocery shopping and managed to lock my keys in my car.

Other: I survived another year on this planet – breaking my record and have reached a level 49 human. I managed to catch and find homes for two of the kittens from the back deck. Both are being reported as the bestest and sweetest cats ever.
All in all, June could have been better, but it also could have been worse.

Health: gained 3.5 lbs. (Gained 5.25 for the year) Gained 3 inches (gained 3.5 inches for year). This was a month that I struggled with my depression.

Messy Art: made 1 piece this month.

SCA: I finished 4 scrolls and plotted out another. Also planned out the work on my intra-kingdom gift exchange. Went to an event that allowed me to see chosen family and dear friends whom I have not seen in over 2 years. At the event I took a new Protégé.

Social: Continue to have Friday Family Zoom night. My sister came to visit over the long holiday weekend. We hosted friends over for hanging out, food and games in the front yard.

Other: made more progress on tossing “really good boxes” from the garage. Additionally, my happy place for the month was discovering a litter of kittens in the backyard and spending time just sitting at the kitchen window watching them play.

Health: gained 5.5 llbs. (Gained .5 for the year) Gained 2 inches (gained .5 inches for year). this was a bad mental health month and just did not give a damn about my health.

Messy Art: made 4 pieces this month.

SCA: I’ve been working on a couple scrolls but nothing was completed. Also planned out the work on my intra-kingdom gift exchange.

Social: Continue to have Friday Family Zoom night. And had a couple hours throughout the month of chosen family visiting.

Other: the fridge in my garage got replaced after it died. This led to having to do some cleaning out and I got rid of a large number of boxes. These I had saved to make scroll cases but at this point, I have plenty to make more cases and do not need to keep saving. Also go rid of some things that I had in boxes since moving back into the Doma 14.5 years ago. I will call this progress on the garage. Hopefully I can keep this momentum going.

• At least 20 minutes of reading a day: achieved 9 times.

• Hit step goal of at least 8K 17 days. Came close a few times
• Did at least one chore: 9 days
• No spend day: 11 days. Getting ready for my elevation kinda made not spending hard to do
• Finished a book: 6
• Ate a “real” meal: 9 days

Health: lost .5 lbs. (lost 5.5 lbs for year) Lost 2 inches (lost 2 inches for year)

Messy Art: made 19 pieces this month

SCA: completed 1 scroll and did wording for another. Sat in contemplation and was elevated to the Order of the Laurel at The Festival of the Passing of the Ice Dragon

Social: Continue to have Friday Family Zoom night. And had great social time with chosen family after the event.

SCA: completed 2 scrolls and started another. At a virtual event I was issued a Writ of Summons and at Ice Dragon I will be inducted into the Order of the Laurel for my work in the Scribal Arts

Social: Continue to have Friday Family Zoom night. I also had people over two weekends in a row to start preparing for my SCA elevation. We made stuff and had fun and socialized and stuff.

• Intentional Exercise: Only once this month. Not going to beat myself up about it.
