Have another one

The place I had the phone interview yesterday just called. They want a face to face.

So tomorrow at 3:30pm I have an interview with a law firm looking for an admin assistant.

This kicks the need for a hair cut. When I woke this morning I was thinking of maybe going and getting one (though money is tight with paying bills yesterday), but this cinches it.

So keep fingers crossed. And again, big thanks to jenaiabird and chamfron for giving the nudge to actually do monster.com though I had been unsure of doing so.

It's short, Jim...

hair has been cut. While not short in the standard hairstyle sense it's shorter than I've had in quite a while.

Wet it's just below my shoulders, dry it's just at my shoulders. Feels weird to have it this short but it's something I've wanted for a while. I wasn't brave enough to do angling or layering. I told the girl that it was a big step for me to cut off 5 inches. Maybe next time we will so some sort of shaping experiment.

Opinion time

There is a job fair tomorrow put on by the Catholic Health Systems. As stated before I'm guessing that it will mostly be looking for people for health care roles (nurses, home care aides, etc). But there is a possibility that they may be also looking for support staff.

The job fair runs from 10am to 4pm.

My interview with the law firm is at 3:30pm.

Do you think I should go to the job fair and then to my interview or should I skip the job fair?
