(no subject)

I stayed home today. I've been fighting asthma for most of the morning (starting at round 2am). I did get ready for work and headed out to the car. But the minute I hit the cold air my lungs stopped working.

I can sorta telecommute (In that I can check my work email from home and deal with some things from here).

I"m behind in the trying of new recipes. But I tried a new one today

Rating: 4. Despite the fact that it at one point looked like the creamed potatoes my mother made when I was a kid, it was rather tasty. While ok with pasta, I think this would be rather yummy in a wrap with lettuce and tomato.

Definitely will make again
