Glad Game 2021 - May
Jun. 2nd, 2021 09:07 amHonestly May felt kinda like a dud for me with accomplishments. Returning to Hell Job just wore me out - even though bossman has been better since I came back. But in reflection I did accomplish some things.
Still earning a regular paycheck.
Crossed one thing off my white board list - made a new fuzzy hoodie.
Finished 5 books
Made 1 piece of messy art
For my standard "planner monthly goals":
* met water goal for 9 days (I need to do better)
* absolutely NO exercise goals met.
* read physical/ebooks for at least 20 minutes a day for 19 days.
Health wise: Gained 4 lbs. this month (lost .5 YTD), but somehow lost 3.25" for the month (-6.25" YTD)
Got to spend the last week and a half of the month having quality hanging time with my sister. We've been going through all the crap at the Doma from departed family and picking out things to put out in the neighborhood garage sale in June. At the very least it gets crap out of the house and hopefully gets a bit of money too.
Memorial Day hosted chosen family for face to face hang out time in the front yard. It was glorious to get vaccinated hugs from loved ones.
And..
watching chickadee babies go from "Mom and Dad build a nest" to "any day they are going to leave and be all grown up". It has been so fun watching them daily and sharing "Nest Watch" with my facebook friends.
