I described contents of my pantry to the dicea. She gave me ideas. So here we go
1.25 lb pork loin, unseasoned
2 Tbsps Pezney's Tzardust
1/2 cup chopped white onion, fresh
1 cup mushroom pieces, fresh
2 medium granny smith apples
1/2 cup apple juice
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
several cups wide noodles, cooked
Rub Tzardust on porkloin, Wrap the skin of two granny smith apples around loin. set aside.
In a slow cooker put onion, mushroom, 1 cup of granny smith apples chopped, apple juice, and vinegar.
put loin on top of items in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Take out pork loin, remove apple skin. Allow meat to rest.
Add brown sugar to contents of slow cooker and turn to cooker to high. After 5 minutes, add pork (shredded if wish, or sliced) and mix with contents.
Serve over noodles.
OMG. WILL DO AGAIN. Though I think I will try to get apple cider next time and cut back on the vinegar by a Tbsp.

I'm thinking we'll have to do this more often.
