Week three of Weight Loss Challenge:

Average # of Minutes exercised: 17.71 - walking or gardening. Did not do the gym at all last week (not as good as last week)

Average # of calories burned: 104.86 (not as good as last week)

Average # of calories consumed: 1233.43 (better than last week)

# pounds total loss for week: 3

# of pounds total loss for challenge: 9

Goals for the week:
1. get back to the gym thing more
2. continue to try to not dip into exercise calories.

I actually am going to try this My Fitness Pal along with the Weight Watchers plan to see just exactly what I'm mucking up that has me on this horrible up-spiral of weight. It seems to break things down much more detailed and I need to sort this out. Here's hoping!

I do a lot better on MyFitnessPal rather than on WW. I also like that it gives you breakdowns so I can do "why am I plateauing?" and can see that my sodium intake has increased, or while I'm staying in calorie range, my fats have gone up

Yeah that was precisely what appealed to me when I looked it over. I can see my carb intake is enormously high despite being within my points. I'm hoping this will help me out a great deal.

be prepared, it does scold you if you go below a certain calorie intake (1200) per day.

I always look at it as a average for the week instead of per day. Because some days you just aren't hungry and some days you're ravenous. So I look for what was my average calorie intake for the week and aim for that for the week.
